Welcome Hanan :).....

What is your blood type?  And have you been eating compliantly or just on a typical diet that
includes many toxins?  Difficult to give you any advice without knowing a little bit about you.

Would you mind sharing some information?  Often you don't need a remedy as much as you
might need to eat more beneficial foods and avoid all your toxins for many months.  Many people get huge benefits by just following the blood type diet.  You might find all your symptoms
disappear by simply giving up wheat products.

Hi Chloe, thank you very much ;
I am B .I have been following  the BTD  80%  since more than three years.
I have noticed big change since I followed it .I can not give up wheat for the white wheat is neutral to my blood type , and eating bread is essential in our country because we do not have variety of grains like what you have in your country.I have big looseness in my LES , so the stomach could not be closed after eating .
I am eating pentozole but trying to stop while feeling ok.
according to my BTD chili is beneficial for me , I love it , but it triggers my acid reflux.
It seems that I did not understand the BTD , sometimes I got confused , I believe that what suits my blood type should not trigger my acid reflux

Hanan, good job eating 80% beneficials...and even better, 3 years! :)

As a blood type B, this would be one of the protocols for intestinal health for your blood type.

http://www.dadamo.com/protocols/18.html

And this would be the support protocol for your stomach

http://www.dadamo.com/protocols/27.html

I would personally think stomach support is what you might want to try first...

You were on the right track when you asked your questions.  Gastro D and Polyflora B sound like
two good options!  I wish you the best of luck :)

After a lifetime of dealing with heartburn/acid reflux, even the BTD didn't eliminate it until I stopped eating wheat and sugar.  Later on, when I found out my secretor status, I discovered that they are avoids for non-secretors anyway.  At that point, I stopped drinking coffee also, and my digestion improved even further.  :)

Even in our country, wheat is the mainstay of all meals and requires great strength and determination to eliminate.  It is frequently added to all meals, as well as served as bread, pancakes, rolls, bagels, cakes, pies, cookies, cereals, gravies, etc.

I completely got rid of Gerd when I stopped the wheat and sugar and that was many years ago.  Yes, I had tried apple cider vinegar and every supplement that I could find, and never got more than temporary relief.

I love living life with a happy digestive system and consider the adjustment to doing without wheat and sugar to be a very small price to pay!  :D

Wow, nice to hear that , it is very difficult to me to  stop wheat and sugar , you have a great will.
I have a question :where can I get other supplements that are not available here , I want a trustworthy website that ships internationally.

I bet if you stop eating wheat,  your acid reflux will go away. I did with me. I'm an A. I was getting very bad acid reflux, indigestion.. pain in my stomach.. I gave up wheat and it stopped.  Wheat is highly addictive. It contains an opiate that makes one crave it.  You might benefit if you eat spelt or kamut, or emmer wheat. Regular present day wheat is not  really wheat anymore. It's been hyrbidized into something that's totally undigestable.  And if an A can't digest it, you know  it's bad.
