I know coffee/brewed is not acceptable for AB types, but I read on another site that decaffeinated coffee was allowed? Is this correct?
Thanks in advance :)

Decaffeinated coffee is going to be rated the same as coffee, so check your list.  If you follow the Genotype diet or a personalized SWAMI diet, values can change, but always decaf and regular are the same.  :)

When you follow the basic blood type diet, Typebase is the list that would be considered definitive.

So it wouldn't matter if coffee were decaffeinated or not, it would be whether coffee as a plant
food beverage is good (or not) for your blood type.

You might want to take this little quiz to see if the Genotype diet would be a better fit for you, or not.  Genotype is a different way of personalizing a wellness regime for a person and the diets are not meant to be used together.  As a blood type AB, you could either be a Nomad, Teacher, Warrior or Explorer.  Only by careful measurements, would you be able to know for sure.

Coffee is rated differently on the Genotype diet than it is on the Blood Type Diet.  ;)  Although that's not really a substantial reason for switching over.
