Does anyone know any good recipes for monkey bread? I'm a type A non secretor. I found a few recipes online but I'm not sure how to make them work and if it will turn out. Oh I'm also allergic to wheat and gluten...celiac.

I don't know if either of these recipes are necessarily good tasting because I didn't try them.....just did some google searches for you.  You might have to tweak ingredients to suit your particular diet...but I think as a nonnie, you might want to be careful of the sweeteners you use.

Good grief, Chloe, that thing in the first link looks like sin on top of sin!! Just joking. When I was a young teenager I got really into making monkey bread. I've always loved butter, and I would load it down with cinnamon, sugar and butter until it would run out of the bottom of my mom's two piece tube cake pan! I didn't have to worry about eating all those calories back then! But I didn't gorge either. That was the most fun thing I think I ever made, and I made a lot of it. Someone told me that putting the dough in the car would be a good warm place for it. Well, let me tell you it was warm all right. About fifteen minutes later I went out to check on my dough and it was rolling out all over the place! Thankfully, I had not taken any chances, and it wasn't piling out onto the car! It still made good monkey bread!
