I am a bit confused. I have been following the book guidelines for Type o. For instance the book says no sprouted wheat. The web site says no sprouted wheat. The phone app says sprouted wheat is ok. So, which do I follow? There seems to be a variance on several of the foods, amongst the book, website and phone app. Thank you! Peggy

Follow the web site.
It is more recent than the books and considers secretor status, which some of the books do not.
The phone app is more recent than the web site. But my understanding is it was based on the website data. When it differs it is probably a result of errors rather than from new information.
