Hi,

Has anyone got any suggestions for salad dressings for the above genotypes ? (I have searched the recipe database, and although I found a good selection of salads, I didn't do so well with the dressings).

always add lemon and olive oil as a base......
to that build up with whatever is a bennie on your list

check out the spices as well, to boost your immune system

I really like just plain ole olive oil with Ume Plum vinegar. :)

That looks great, thank you Ruthie. I was looking for a new salad dressing other than just lemon juice and olive oil.
