I went back and read the posts in the archives about Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids. Seems like nobody knows what the deal is with this? Any new information?

I have the non-GMO Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids and I'm a nonnie type O. Would like to know if I can have this or not? It's not listed on my Swami diet.

It is a soy product.

How do other soy products rate on SWAMI?

We can assume that Liquid Aminos will have a similar rating to the other soy products.

brands of any kind are generally NOT listed

however you can always read ingredients and determine if compliant or not

we've to get to know that nearly all aminos might create higher amounts of nitrogenious  charge up to 84 % for kidneys and liver... but the intake of MAP is only about 1 %....here lays the key for healthy weight loss and better cell nutrition ;) :D.....

ther's a very interesting book from Lars Johansson which explains how and why MAP is working btw MAP means master amino acid pattern and is related to the last trouvailles of Prof. Moretti... meant here is the 8 essential aminoacids in their
combinations for better prevention against all kinds of maladies!

I found this since some weeks and must say...great and wow while implementing it into my daily praxis work... nearly everybody lacks of aminos and it's equal at what age you're going to change but the most important is the outcome of results obviously to be seen after one week!!!!
:o :o(oh)(eek)(eek)(pick_nose)(clap)(ok)(dance)(smarty)(clap)(happy)(cool)...........
