Do other type O's use fenugreek as suggested in the book? I do use curry powder, so consume some; and I did sprout the seeds once (quite strong). how are other people using fenugreek?
Also, is it the dandelion root or the herb that we should make into a tea - it's a super beneficial; I have some of the root at home (haven't used it much due to taste).
I try to have 3 cups of green tea every day, I also like rosehip tea, a little cammomile.
What are your other favourite teas apart from green tea?

Even though I'm an "A" I wanted to post that I have used fenugreek as a spice in veggie dishes and in salads.
As far as dandelion root is concerned I buy a bunch in the health food sotre and just saute it with a little bit of butter, lemon, and a dash of salt. It takes the bitterness out of it.
I'm sure other people will reccomend ways in which you can enjoy and benefit from a super beneficial for your health.
If you find something interesting please share. I don't drink many herbal teas although I have a shelf filled with them. Chamomille tea really settles my stomach and I love it.
I know green tea is good for you and I have an excellent brand but I find that I can't stand the taste of it after a few sips.

Thankyou very much, Joy for your comments. I had the same problems with green tea, a man told me to take the tea bag out after about 3 mins or the tea will taste bitter;

I get the decaff green tea, hope it's safe, think so. I must keep an eye for fresh dandelion root, haven't seen it. I may add some fenegreek spice to a veg dish soon, thanks for the tip Joy!
