cooked mostly, depending

for example rice versus cereal...one cooked, one dry

etc...use common sense

quinoa would be cooked

veggies......I do not bother with overdoing those.......

What??? No.

This has been gone over a lot.

Grains = Uncooked
Vegetables = Uncooked

If you are dealing with pre-cooked grains you have to go based on how much of an increase in size it tends towards. Most of the time the amount of water you add is a good example of the size increase. Like brown rice is 2x water, and ends up being roughly twice as much.

Thank you so much.

I am a gatherer and blood Type O.

With the quinoa I have measured uncooked. It seemed like a lot and I was very full. I might see about measuring it cook so I dont end so full.

Thank you for your help.

If you are trying to lose weight try 1/4 cup uncooked for a meal. Plus you don't need to eat that 3x a day as you see, it recommends I think 1 to 3 servings a day.
