Does the BTD or GTD help to prevent cancer? I am just curious in general.

Why do people say that meat is what is causing people to have cancer??? That irks me. :(

BTD/GTD/SWAMI are tools for health.  As such, they are going to enable the body to be in a more healthy, robust state.  When the body is in a more robust state, it is able to function better in all aspects, including ridding itself of pre-cancerous or cancerous cells.  The diets will also reduce the ability for cancerous cells to "stick" in place within the body.

All of these benefits will result in less disease overall, including cancer.

People who have agendas will say anything necessary to assist their goal.  We don't know if they are using hormone laden, GMO grain-fed meats or lean, grass-fed, meats that have the proper omega fat ratios for their tests.

Also, depending on the BT of the individuals in the test, even good meat MAY increase the cancer rate.  Dr. D. states that for people of my type, red meats don't digest properly and as such, create more waste which has shown to increase the cancer risk.  We have to filter the information to know if it is helpful or not for our specific condition.

The key is how much you can usefully digest. if you don't digest meat well, eat less.

as for the best way to help or beat cancer for me it is to eat for your type. preferably using swami with the relevant illnesses highlighted.

Personally I would ensure i did not cheat ( I am getting better at this lol)

I would then also use plenty f juices (as if gerson) i.e carb free. and also do all the thing sit say in the cancer book.

If I was wise I would also do all this as a preventative measure when i was fairly young or certainly before I got old.

I would go through all of the protocols. but concentrate on parasites, kidney and then liver. I would use colonic irrigation before and after the liver one.

I would (if I could afford it) see a mercury free dentist I would get plenty of exercise even if it was only walking, and plenty of sunshine too. I would move out of a smoky city if I could.

trouble is you are likely to get killed crossing the road ;) so I wouldn't get too hung up on anything. ;)

Whether meat is good for your type or not, the way you cook it could be causing carcinogen's.  If you cook it at high temps. and/or char your meat that can cause carcinogen's to be released into your body.

Oh! I suppose that's why our local TV chef recommends to cook meat at the lowest reasonable tempreature, i.e, to let it simmer for a long time.

Actually, is there a safe temperature/length of time which you may recommend to treat meat in olive oil (& sage, recommended for lamb meat) before cooking it? Thank you.
