I've searched the archives however not able to surface much on zinc. In specific the type which provides the most bioavailability - any suggestions..?

That is Premier Research Labs. I LOVE their products.

Natural Health Educator told me that people use this as sort of a challenge. Will taste like water when deficient and a bit metal when not.

I take some every so often. Was pretty deficient initially.
