I've been following the gtd for a while now, nearly to 100%.. I've been doing quite well, although I've just come back from a run and I haven't felt this bad in such a long time..Even though I've felt great all week, the run left my chest feeling real tight and my legs were like jelly. I just had to stop and walk the rest

So, I was just wondering what the science is behind the diet. What were the tests conducted  regarding blood types to the foods

I can't believe I've been following the diet without actually knowing the science.... shame on me.. lol

Could you be coming down with a food vitamin shortage? or a cold, flue bug? or a mineral shortage like Magnesium for your muscles?

Start here.. you are not alone.. we all wonder, but some info is above my pay grade.. can you look around on all the things written here and inform us of what really is impressing you about this diet?

BY the way what science have you found for other diets?? I would just love to know .. Thanks..
