If someone was low on cholesterol, not making enough of their own, what would help influence that to start up again?

That would imply they are not connected. Parts of the issue is the transit time of things moving through an ecosystem. If it is too long it can't be right. Perhaps I'm wrong but it appears like the speed increases with more cholesterol.

So actually in order to do what you say, I need to do the prior thing.

Actually, though, I'm taking Vitamin K now. Dr. D recommended not going all over with supplements but... the color of BM's indicates possibly bleeding. It just was never wound style, so only could it be indicative of very low level bleeding. My gums bleed easy too. Both are a sign of lowered Vitamin K. Also Vitamin K helps prevent calcification of the cardio system. My blood pressure has been a bit high lately as I've been more hydrated, and all the symptoms of cardio issues are present. There are multiple other things that made me come to the conclusion I may need K1. So far I've been feeling my cardio system and muscle loosen up. (sleep is more rewarding, and doesn't take as much time) Building an ecosystem will help with this, but it seemed impossible with constant blood interfering.

Cholesterol is also interesting because of the other things it helps one produce (hormones etc, which I can't be too high on). I thought biotin was what made my bowels move, but now I think it might be cholesterol given that biotin doesn't make me go like egg yolks do.

if they needed more there liver would make it perhaps they don't need more, if that was not working they should fix the liver assuming it was broken or clogged up.

The guess would be the liver isn't making it, but is likely due to a vitamin deficiency.

I've been eating some milk thistle I have, it seems good, but I imagine it might take a few days to know if it really changes things.

My cholesterol was low all of my life. Ten years ago when I had health issues I tested and found I had fat malabsorption, and was sensitive to gluten, yeast and dairy.   My cholesterol is normal now.
Something for you to consider.

I already avoid gluten and know I need too. Considering I can be low on vitamins that aren't really normal to be low on...

I am allergic to dairy and can only tolerate (well) certain whey based products.

Do you know if you are allergic to the casein protein in dairy?  It can do similar damage as gluten.
Another thing to conisder is whether you are eating other foods you might be reacting to?  With intolerances reactions can be up to 4 days and hard to figure out.

Wish I could afford an IgE/IgA test.

Right now I think my problem is more of a getting nutrients via poor stomach acid, gut flora, then the inevitable liver block of all the same things.

Egg yolks are clearly a food that works well for you right now. Can you tolerate  ghee? What other animal fats are OK on your SWAMI?

Dos,
Sandra Cabot, an Aussie, has a website and has written a book on the Liver.  She has lots of good suggestions.  
Beets, green apples, celery, dandelion tea, green tea are all good for the liver/gall bladder.
Been dealing with same myself.
Perhaps it is an A blood thing.
