Im in the UK and to find out my secretor status using the saliva test is going to cost me £70 but I can buy the Lewis test for £32.

Can anyone advise on whether the Lewis blood test is a viable alternative???

yes, testing have it done at a blood donor center or at a reference lab that also has a blood bank.

Not sure how close you are to Tom Greenfield but he does it all.

We do Lewis testing for our patients in our lab, and if they turn out to be a non-secretor we send the saliva to NAP (we still have a stock of the saliva test kits).
