Recently found out I have SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth). How do I treat It? I'm a blood type O, is SIBO common with this blood type?

Hi and welcome!
Cut out all sugars and carbs. Start using Type O Probiotics and ARA 6. Follow the Type O diet and start feeling better!

One of the main reasons so many people have SIBO - as opposed to previous generations, is because of all of the pasturized, processed and hyper-clean foods we eat now. We are not getting enough probiotics in our daily diets to keep our systems balanced and healthy.
Probiotics will rebalance your intestinal bacteria. I consume cultured vegetables in abundance and also drink kombucha daily. This has helped me tremendously. Best of luck in finding your solution :)
