The article clearly states "In our experiments, we used doses five to ten times higher than that recommended by most manufacturers. so perhaps not an issue for most people

I need further explanations of *higher intake* and *long time periods* and what's about *too much* and when begins that *too much*  ??)

:o ;D ;D ok this seems justamente the less toxic part..>I'm on 2'400mg's daily...coz of my dammage of my left knee and after 4 days no more pains.... 8)

In a certain way I've to concider that it seems true...about natural remedies... I seem to have a bigger tolerance then to chemical bombs.... and it also seems the need might be considerable higher ::)... :X :B(blush)
