Can I eat marrowfats?

I'm assuming you mean marrow from bones and not vegetable marrows.
The short answer would be yes, in moderation, and from compliant meat sources. If it is not listed, it is a neutral. I wouldn't go heavy on marrow, since there is fat there. But marrow bones from healthy, grass-fed beef or naturally raised lambs are delicious in soups. :)
