Just checking in to see if you all know if one can get too much green juice.  I juice several bunches of green benies every morning and put the bowl of juice in the blender and blend with other beneficial fruits like mango and pears and then add some pineapple juice and a bit of plain soy milk and then fresh ginger, chia seeds, hemp hearts, pea protein powder and some stevia.

then me and hubby split the big container and that is our breakfast.  After the greens are juiced.. it's a full bowl maybe 3 cups of solid green juice.. i.e. kale, mustard and dandelion greens, etc.

just wanna make sure we are not overdoing the green juice!!!

Your body may tell you (at some point) that you don't need that much, but the diet doesn't limit greens...  Eat hearty to keep the healing happening.

I start gaining weight when I juice every day.  I had to stop. Probably insulin resistance. I may start whole vegetable smoothies with my vitamix again. I love kale and I don't get enough of it. It's very cancer preventive.

Juice is not food, it is power house drink.. no solids..

Greens are not weight promoting, carrots and apples might be..

Eat fruit whole and Drink vegetables..

Juicing gave me back my health after 105 temp and pneumonia dried out my insides..  

Doing Kale in a drink/soup/like is a whole different meal.. I love kale.. never juiced it.. but in soup - mmmh

I sure like this approach Goldie.. because other than juicing I don't get enough vegies..

but i do add whole fruit and some fruit juice and soy milk to the green juice.  helps us get through the bitterness!
