I have a liking for instant coffee.. easy fixing, drinking , no sugar added..

I substitute it with Cocoa beans... but just thought of a solution for those who can not give coffee up completely.. Start by mixing half cocoa powder and half decaf.. the taste is near enough, and satisfying.. as you go add more and more cocoa every time you have on empty jar..(I don't need stress...)  8)

For me it is the feel of the coffee jar as much as the coffee.. with all its memories of visitors and friendships.. way back in time when such things where the norm..  ;D

What else allowed you to substitute avoids for Beneficials?

Next I am trying to cut down on fruit even more, but I need a substitute, that has as much water in it.  I think I use fruit for its liquid.. do not like water enough./

If you are eating fruit for liquid, you might want to try juicing vegetables instead of eating fruit.

Fruitjuice, ice cold, mixed with a little water. Increase water content until its mainly water with a shot of juice  ;D

Same thing as your coffee/ cocoa really  ;)

Lime slices in water help greatly also..
