I purchased these supps and need to know the best way to take them.  I'm suffering with a bout of IBS and working to heal my tummy from years of abuse.  I also purchased some Deflect (used to take it for years and then stopped..)

The Deflect is clear it says "Take 2-3 capsules with meals 2-3 times a day."

But the others are just generalized... "Take 2 capsules two times daily or as directed..."

So what does that mean exactly?  with food? without? or it does not matter?

thankyou.. i'll have to do that.  i wish they'd be more specific on the label.

If it does not say it may not matter and up to the individual.

So if you had IBS.. how would you take it?  i need some help here!  

I would call D'Adamo Personalized Nutrition and ask them-- but I I was responding to your comment on why they are not more specific with the instructions in the bottles.
