BTD Forums / The GenoType Diet / Miso versus Natto for Teacher
Posted by: Saskia, Monday, September 24, 2012, 5:16pm
Hello :), it seems that I am a Teacher, and for Teachers Miso is a big Avoid, but Natto is recommended - whereas for a Group A person Miso was recommended. Can anyone tell me (or refer me to the information about) a) what it is about Miso that has disqualified it; and b) why Natto is ok? I hope my question is clear enough...

Many things changed in value between A diets and Teacher diets.
In GenoType many more factors are considered in rating foods than in the blood type diet. So foods will often rate differently.
I do not know the specifics for Miso and teachers.
For this teacher, Miso was a Neutral when evaluated on SWAMI (Like most products containing soybeans).

my recommendation
get a swami, let it determine the rating according to YOU, and not the general food list in the book for all teachers
