Hi All

I just recently purchased some supplements from this site and was wondering if there is any problem with taking a few different ones at the same time. For instance, can I take Deflect, Attentia, Tranquility Base and Catechol together in the morning before I leave for work?

Just wondering if any of them should not be taken together. It is much more convenient to be able to take them all at once.

I just wanted to make sure that none of the individual ingredients in the different supplements would possibly work at cross purposes.

You'll see trehalose discussed here from time to time, and should you decide to one day go down that road, just keep in mind that certain supplements do conflict.

I remember reading on a thread that Dr.D recommends 1 hour seperation between trehalos and quercitin or resveritrol. Not sure about other antioxidants such as green tea extract.

Anyone have any new news about this?
