Anyone know if psyllium husks is an avoid, beneficial or neutral on the BTD for O?
There is a diet shake I'm thinking of taking.

I would avoid it If I where you and I do avoid it by the way, I have a big packet of the wretched stuff if anyone wants to give it to someone they don't like ;)

the stuff causes more problems than it helps.

yes, linseed is a better choice by far
