Just fun speculation. Maybe there's a connection. I've never experienced it. Nor has my B girlfriend.

I get a high from riding my bike! I can't run anymore due to a traumatic injury to my pelvis.
I also get a different type of high from tai chi type exercises, but it only lasts a few minutes, the high from bicycling lasts.
I used to run in high school, cross country and track mile and two mile. Two mile for fun, my main run was the mile.

I get a high, but only if I dont eat before my workout. If I do eat something, then I am sluggish.
I know, kind of weird..

Same here. I guess our bodies were created to run after the pray, not after eating it lol!
