I know that pasturised cows milk causes problems but I am wondering if Os suffer with raw cows milk which is grass fed?

And if thats no good, how about "raw grass-fed cow Kefir milk"?
(Kefir I think breaks down the lactose and casein with its good bacteria)

any comments?

(ps: at the moment I am using raw goats milk to make kefir, but I don't think its grass fed)

Unfortunately, raw milk has never been evaluated separately from pasteurized milk. For the time being, the official recommendations are that raw and pasteurized share the same rating; both being an avoid for Os. Ditto on  the yogurt and kefir.

There have been many discussions on this forum about fermenting vegetables as well as "water kefir" for making non-dairy probiotic foods.

In the end, we're all responsible for our own health, and we each decide how compliant we're willing to be. Some individuals do continue to eat certain wholesome, real,  but "avoid" foods. IMO, it's best if you cut out all the "avoids" for a time, to see how healthy you can be on BTD/GTD/SWAMI, and then carefully re-introduce "wholesome avoids" one at a time to see just how your body reacts. Alternatively, if you find the need to ease into this way of eating slowly, cut out the "junk foods" first and the "wholesome, real, but avoid" foods at a later date.

I know others disagree with this, but according to my homeopathy the digestability and health promoting effects of raw (organic) diary overrides blood typology factors. IMHO as an O, you would be better off with raw cows milk products than pasturised goats/sheep. You could always try raw cows milk and just monitor how you feel on it, and whether you have adverse reactions.

People want to believe whatever they can that supports some notion that humans in the past did things right. The good old days were always perfect... It is totally valid to stand up against the awful commercial milk industry for a host of reasons; but doing it with fiction is as ludicrous as the commercial milk industry itself. Just because something is natural or organic in nature doesn't make it the word of god...

Fads are everywhere, and the guise that unpasteurized milk is a cure all is probably a pretty good example. I personally handle it better, but I'm not going to believe that means it fixes my health issues per say. Healthy people like to make claims about Fad stuff because they end up believing whatever they want; their will power tends to make it true as they perceive it.
