Since I started on this Lifestyle change my eating habits have changed. I am just not really hungry anymore and have problems eating all my WW plus points allowance. Should you listen to my body or worry about eating all my points?
Any help is highly appreciated

Are your thyroid issues under control?

If you are feeling alright?

If you are eating compliant foods, you will be satisfied longer than when not.

Is your water intake adequate?

One of the changes that happened in my body is that all my cravings vanished.  Cravings were the cause of a lifetime of "false hunger" where I felt compelled to eat.  I don't have a very big appetite anymore and the way I handle it is to not eat any empty calories.  I do make sure that I eat at my regular meal times plus usually one mini-meal (snack). But my portion sizes are small to average - no inflated portions.

Everything I eat is very potent nutrition and comes from my food list, mostly Superfoods, and I make sure to get adequate amounts of all the food categories.  I would not skimp on proteins, for example, or neglect to eat fresh vegetables.

In general, my relationship with food has undergone a radical revolution.  :)

My doctor send me to have blood tests don on Tuesday. The lab said that the MD should have the results by Thursday AM. He did but he didn't have time to look at my results, too many patients. When I called twice yesterday to leave messages with the office I couldn't reach the Nurses and they never called back. I am not sure what my thyroid level is right now. I am sure they would have called me to let me know if something had changed since March. This not feeling hungry started about a week ago. But I just found out why it increased in the last few days. After the guy who sold me the Zipfizz I went online to their website and found out that the Guarana was not denatured of caffeine. The guy told me that their product was caffeine free. Now I know why I was so wired! And not hungry.

Needless to say I am returning the stuff to Costco this afternoon. My husband is not on the program, but I don't feel right giving him stuff like that if it could injure him. He is a Blood type B

Wow. My experience as well. To the point that an occasional craving signals an adjustment is in order.

So I should not worry about getting all those weight watchers point plus levels and just eat as I feel hungry? Sometimes it is impossible to have a scheduled meal and I miss lunch, like today. I had a small serving of Salmon Mousse, but it made me feel sick to my stomach.
