This is what my hair stylist said to me yesterday when I walked in to get my hair cut. She hasn't seen me in about 4 months, and noticed a difference right away! Of course, I was happy to fill her in on all that following the BTD is doing for me, my husband, and my kids! Yahoo! ;D

It's always great when someone notices an improvement in your persona.
The best benefit, of course, is knowing that you are on the right path for you and your family.

A friend I hadn't seen in awhile said to me "you look great!"
I replied "I disagree, but I feel better..." ;D

I looked at myself in a full-length mirror when I joined the Gym today. I don't look that bad, but ever since I started on this mew eating regimen I have lots of problems with constipation and I am up to 3 Senna tabs tonight to be able to go. I been eating about 80% compliant. And drink loads of water with lemon juice, but I can go maybe once a day, and that with all those fiber rich foods I eat. Something is stuck somewhere

That has happened to someone else I know. She is an A & eats almost vegan, but has 'that problem.'
I wonder if she has a kink in her bowel or it is some kind of detox.
She ate many wrong foods as a child & lots of dairy, but has eaten properly for years. I don't know why this still happens!
Arwen: How long have you been BTDing? If it is a short time, the body may be readjusting in its own way. The stress of wondering about the hurricane certainly would add to stress.
