Any did/ is doing the michelle bridges 12wbt ? Any thoughts on it? I Really want to lose the last 5-6 kg of my baby weight and was wondering if the program is good.

I don't really have time to exercise as I work. I do work out on Tuesdays. Other days between expressing and feeding, I am just time poor :(

So.. I heard this program can be carried out at home or anywhere.

Don't think it is a good idea to lose weight while you are breast feeding.
Fat cells hold toxins and they will get excreted into your breast milk.

I do not know anything about the program you are considering.

IDK, just because you have a baby there is nothing wrong with doing something for yourself and something that you enjoy. I mean, if the baby is a couple of months old now and your body feels ready, I'd jump in. On the other hand, if it's for vanity sake....no comment, lol. Personally, I really love Tabata style HIIT workouts. They are intense and fast! I am not familiar with the one you posted but am curious so I will check it out after this. A free workout website is Fitnessblender.com. They have some pretty good workouts that are under 30 minutes each and give a moderate to heavy sweat depending on the one you choose. I used to workout with the babies on the floor and they would watch me do my thing and were usually entertained enough and they all seem "normal" enough from it. If you are eating right (and strict) and taking care of yourself your baby will be fine.

I have fallen in love with tabata style workouts!!  I am doing cathe.com HIIT and her tabata as well as the low impact?  Do you work out at a gym?

Talking about exercise and weight loss- me a gatherer. Sauna is good for us. And so is exercise, in fact definitely so.  So I thought why not do bikram yoga, which is exercise + sweating in hot temperatures. This should give good detox.

Does anybody have some experience with this? I am still pondering which one is better. Pls help!
