While I am Deep-Blue-ing I have days that are better than others. I'll hit a few days where I feel at my finest, then come other days when I don't digest as well, get "blanket over the brain" headaches when toxins are stirred up (I always check the toilet)...but seems every few days or so, in the late afternoon my upper GI or duodenum will feel like a gunky sink......like scum has collected and won't go down the "drain", or like a whole meal has halted at the tollbooth of the liver, and the whole body is "thinking" about what to do with it.

Coffee is currently listed as an absolute avoid for me with no black dot options, yet, I used it twice a week successfully the last 2 weeks to see if the enzymes in it would "unclog the drain" and yes -  it made the food go down. I had no more than 1/2 cup of coffee each time.

However, I tried it today and wound up with something new: both a mild headache (instead of blanket-brain) plus MILD KIDNEY/LOWER BACK ACHE. Just for a wee bit. This was not like my usual pinched-back-vertebrae-scoliosis ache that flares up every blue moon. I could definitely feel this one at the upper part of my kidneys. And I've never had kidney trouble before in my life.

I don't know what's coming out of my body. Can a person eat too much oily fish if they are a Warrior? I thought Warriors lived on fish and tofu?

Are avocadoes and nut butters are on the same level of viscosity vs. straight olive oil????? Olive oil is thinner and more reliable for digestion???

Unfortunately I have gone through 8 ounces of Almond butter in 2 days, and 1 large serving of guacamole. I must still be a "fat junkie" now that I have a better handle on my starches and sugars. And at this point I do take the correct A supplements for giving my intestines beneficial bacteria.

I will tell you that you can have all different types of symptoms during detoxification.  It is sometimes very difficult to determine exactly what is the best way to maintain balance...

Do you drink lemon juice and water?

I get to have tomoato juice after the washout period.  :) That would be yum. I wonder if they mean fresh, or the canned kind you see in the stores?

I don't think it matters, unless there is some avoid ingredient in the canned juice...

Seraffa,

8 oz of almond butter in 2 days????? Seriously???? I am a big spoonful a day consumer of either almond butter or peanut butter.....but 8 oz in that short amount of time sounds like trouble. ??)

I agree with more water, too. I force myself to drink a cup every 1-2 hours.

'Cos the jar of almond butter says "ALMOND BUTTER 'NATURALLY MORE'" (!) and it just sat there and I ate more of it like it said.....and its a mix of almond butter and flax seeds and soy protien and......I thought I could overcome the cane sugar  :X

OMG they should label it "Almond Butter 'NATUALLY MORE AVOIDS'"

I dunno once I taste it I can hardly put it down again. I just had a tablespoonful 30 minutes ago and now I want to go eat the rest of the jar.
I better get the plain stuff. I will miss the texture and seeds in this.
