Hi, I was wondering if there are restrictions for ABs
I use a product called Bragg Liquid Aminos. It's PURE Soy, not Wheat
Are there any Amino Acids I should not have?

I can't help you with the amino acid question but, having used this product, be careful of the sodium per serving compared to soy sauce..

Have you tried San-J organic low sodium tamari?

You have got to be kidding. That Low Sodium San-J Soy Sauce is 700 mg of sodium while this has only 160 mg for the same amount

OOPS!!

When I made the comparison, I was looking at a bottle of low sodium soy sauce! Sorry about that!

I only think for explorers- sometimes the half of the amounts prescribed might be enough ??)... and I've seen that dl-phenylalanine and glutamic acid might be merely a no-no for AB's ??) But here als our individualisme plays a huge role.....

My older sister, also an AB Rh + nonnie , is a teacher with large aspects of an explorer.... but it was up to her to take all badies while being born with asthma, eczema etc....and she also struggles with ambivalence instead of the described opportunistic worldview... a huge difference !!! I need my amino acids. They are the main source of protein in my diet without going over my calories or WW PLus Points
