Does anyone else get this once in a blue moon????!!

I was fine yesterday until I had some of my lemonade flavored by molasses, which was stirred up in an all-aluminum pitcher; also had some grape juice, because I made these for a guest coming by.

This morning: pain, pain, pain! like arthritic pain, localised in the areas where my old injury, a fractured vertebrae, in my back resides. Legs felt arthritic too.

What protocol is best for this? It's a crystalization of sugar in the tissues. I used to get it back in my sugar-and-wheat-eating days.

Totally shocked  :o

I definitely would NOT use an aluminum pitcher for lemonade.  Aluminum is suspected of leading to Alzheimer's Disease.

This may be attributable to detox and healing.  If so, I would use the Detoxification Support Protocol.

Another one that would be applicable is the Arthritis Support Protocol...

I get that. I have to go full elimination when it gets to that point for me though. Mine happens not from one cheat but accumulation of "mild" cheats - not wheat, gluten, but little things like too much fruit and such. I also like the arthritis BTD to bring me back down but I usually go more hardcore and go elimination styles and very low cal for a couple of days as it gets me back quicker than when I do BTD arthritis.
