I use this product called Amazing Greens "Green Superfood"
Everything in there is Certified Organic. Is there anything in there I shouldn't have?

FOS (From Chicory Root)

Aspergillus Oryzae (Protease)
Aspergillus Oryzae (Amylase)
Aspergillus niger (Lipase)
Aspergillus Oryzae (Lactase)
Trichoderma Reesei (Cellulase)
Peppermint
Citric Acid
Stevia

The way to determine this is to check each ingredient against Typebase.  If there is something that isn't listed, assume neutral unless you have a reaction to the product...

By the way, ArwenLegolas, my daughter is freaking out over how cool your screen name is.  She (and the rest of our family too)  LOVES LOTR!!  Are you looking forward to the Hobbit coming out?

Citric Acid is often made from Corn which is an Avoid for AB.

No Aisling, this is a green powder that you mix with a liquid
You want to have them even more roiled up? Tell them that those are my First and Middle names in REAL LIFE. And just like Arwen Undomiel I also have the title "Lady"

I just called their Corporate Headquarters and they have to ask the Co-Founder and get back with me on Monday.

I did read something in the LR4YT book. It said under KEYS "Make Lifestyle Changes GRADUALLY rather then trying to tackle everything at once" (emphasis mine)

So I will finish eating what I got and ease into my new lifestyle.
