Where online can I find a NEW list of the AB foods
When I just looked at the one I have on my PC, Salmon is not even on the beneficial list in that. So many things have changed

Yes I know. But I am looking for a list that says AB Food List like they had in the book.

I think you have to create your own list (at least that's what I did, way back when). Or you could get a SWAMI and your list would be tailored to you, specifically.  ;)

I know that money is tight, so you either a) pay someone to do the work for you (SWAMI), or b) do the work yourself.

Or c) Take the book out of the library. You can photocopy the relevant pages for personal use.

Get LR4YT from the library.  It's the most recent book-form blood type info.

Live Right 2001

Encyclopedia 2002

Health Library Series (Cancer, Diabetes, Allergies,...) depends on book, but most are 2004 or 2005

Thanks, C.

If a person is not dealing with a specific condition, as in the Health series, I still prefer LR4YT as the cream of the crop for good all-round blood type specific life style and fine-tuning food choices, as well as understanding more in detail what our specific bodies are like ..

I love the Encyclopedia for understanding the protocols for diseases.  It's awesome.  And yes, there is a good food list also.

Thanks so much everybody. Would love to get those, but when I checked them out before  :o it made me dizzy. There were so many things that were Avoids for one disease that were beneficial for the other diseases I am fighting with. Any suggestion with which to start. Sort of like triage?

Pick one disease/indication that most needs to be worked on.

Choose the Health Series book for that if one is available. Unless it's cancer the changes from one health series to the next are limited. If dealing with arthritis, be aware of those avoids while using a different book.

I do not know your medical history, but in another thread you said you had Leukemia. Based on that information I would start with the cancer book.
