Am breathlessly watching what is about to happen over the next 5 days. No explanation needed. I think the body is finally beginning to budge, here. Maybe a millimeter or two, but even that is progress, which will snowball into something else.  :)

Actually, I can hardly wait until 2 years from now (age 49)... Want to drink green tea day and night and get some trehalose to see what occurs at the 7th life cycle of total bodily cellular replacement.....head to toe, every 7 years they say....
