Can B type take tryptophan ? I think I have low seratonin. My PMS food cravings (binges) are out of control every month.

Griffonia is more of a problem in Type A and B Secretors, than in A or B

Tryptophan & serotonin are bad news; serotonin is the sad, not the happy hormone as you have been told.  Google serotonin misery hormone for more info.
