COMMENT: More evidence that ABO blood group is completely unimportant when considering dietary recommendations..
??????? who is saying this??
.... then... where does 'inflammation' come from? = food? and/or breathing? thinking? what else???
Seems the findings are 'predictions' ..... is it worth to test for these types of 'predictions'? will knowing make it better...
I see myself in my father, yet I can do more with what I know (from BTD associations) then he was able to. for instance, reducing 'inflammation' should be measurable in me, should I test/compare this over time?
If not diabetes or (heart condition) to make me old and sick ready to die, then what will? How to die when healthy yet old? Is dementia/Alzheimer's the only way out, with institutional food the eventual killer for that condition? There will be no ABO type foods available when the mind fails....
Will I be living a very long time- by being to healthy?
What will be 'my' contribution (my personal productivity) in aging beyond my fathers life time of more then 84?
