I sustained a brain injury from a brain tumour (meningioma) and subsequent removal in 2009. This has resulted in me experiencing extreme fatigue and cognitive deficiencies.

I have purchased several BTD books, specifically the Fatigue one and Cook Right 4 Your Type, as well as some supplements.  (I live in Canada and do not have access to US Clinic).  I have been following a veganish diet since 2010, so I was leaning considerably towards the Blood Type A diet.  There are a few foods I will now have to avoid and some SB & B that I will have to increase my intake of.

I have been advised by my psychologist, who works with acquired brain injury patients, that fatigue is a side affect of brain injury.

I am wondering if anyone has had a brain injury and experiences extreme fatigue and how this injury may affect how one responds to the BTD Type A?.

Welcome..  many come here with fatigue, and even depression, I was one of them.. It takes a long while to feel the differences, but it takes much LESS time when you follow the Blood type food suggestions.. Especially being A it will make a big difference.

You have been through a lot. Just coming here is a big step in the right direction.

There are many here that will understand .. all the best.

I have remained very positive throughout this whole time and this combined with the BTD should make the difference. I am excited for the journey!  :)
