:)consider neutral if not rated
he most recent rating of a food can be found using typebase:

Generally all you have to do is paste in the URL you want people to click on.

Include the full URL when you paste it in.
Do not include anything on the line after the URL you pasted in.

Here I paste in a link to the image of a pod:

Here I paste in a link to a wiki article:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lotus_seed

Note I did not have to use any of the buttons at the top to do this.

ricotta is fermented and the whey has been drained off

the whey is highly inflammatory

Thank you very much.

So that mean I can eat or drink the food that I shold to avoid if they has been fermented.
Am I correct?  (Also, I am sorry about my English)

This website is very interesting for me but ingredients have coconut, orang and biter melon that
A shold to avoid.

But they said " This unique patented process creates biologically active elements, echoing the enzyme cascade process in the human body. whole fresh fruits, nuts and vegetables are activated in a dextrorotatory lactic acid environment, and transformed through our patented, gradual fermentation processed. A balanced, complete concentrate of valuable nutrients and ingredients is thus created in a natural way-hokistically combined, easily assimilable, and full of life force."
