Along with the above.. perfect timing Conor Thanks.. I just bought 3 new things to help me.. Redoxa, Deflect, Glycosia, I already have Trehalose COMPLEX..   I am looking for great improvements.. for :

Very nice. Must try that along with - or without - natural progesterone and see if the pounds come off easier.

Then again: .... I have 'tested' - noticed- getting fewer headaches soon after starting on Trehalose Complex.. but I was waiting for the outcome to be more certain:

NOW 3 month later, I am certain -  saying Trehalose Complex has helped REDUCE my daily 6 hour headaches!!!

Because I now only get them here and there  ---- always starting with neck muscle stiffening,--- I was able to sort out what is possibly causing the few I get now-a- day.. after a few weeks on TC my daily headaches reduced dramatically to where NOW I only get them IF I allow me to get REALLY aggravated.. a far cry from daily suffering, night or day..

looking at the video above..

Now, I am going to try taking Magnesium - in Milk of Magnesium as soon as I start getting a twinge and SEE if that will 'connect'.  I sometime thought my elimination could be needing some improvements and have something to do with headaches... so a test = nothing lost..

On the other hand if it should prove to be a Magnesium NEED for when under stress, then it would be interesting to follow that lead.. I will report.. (I also posted this in the TC thread.. )

I think the Magnesium is worth a try at the start of a headache.. I took 3 sups magnesium alone, and a gulp of Philip's of Magnesia.. No bathroom issues at all .. but headache gone.. I will try this again..

That insulin video is a bit inaccurate.  Yes insulin unlocks the gateway for muscle cells and neurons to take in glucose to burn.  However, this is not the case with adipose tissue. Fat cells under the influence of insulin will actually store fatty acids in the form of triglycerides in order for the glucose to stay in the bloodstream and be utilized as energy first before resorting to ketones.
I've learned this from reading Gary Taubes.  Although his solutions to don't match BTD, his information is worth the read and listen.
