I've been on the hunt for an all-natural deodorant (not antiperspirant) that works ....

My husband & I love Austin, even though we're both Aggies. Whoop!
Quoted from VictoriaI use Benedetta brand The Best Deodorant and that's all I've used for 10 years. I am completely pleased with it and satisfied with the results. I always wash my underarms very well every morning, so I consider that to be essential at preventing body odor.
One spray in the palm and rubbed into each armpit, same for each foot.
If I were going to use something different, I would choose a pure essential oil formula that kills bacteria. I'm impressed with the Veridas company and their Women's Deodorant: Lavender, Tea tree, Thyme linalol, Rose geranium, Ylang ylang
also Men's Deodorant: Lavender, Tea tree, Thyme linalol, Vetiver

About the Veridas company:
Quoted from brinyskysailI use this recipe and love it (but I replace the shea with about 2 parts cocoa butter 1 part coconut oil). Nothing store-bought ever really worked for me, but this is awesome :)
Quoted from RibbitHow long have you been on the diet? Likely the longer you're on it, the more alkaline your body will become and you'll quit smelling as much. That was the case with me. I didn't used to be able to use natural deodorants. I still stank. After being on the diet a while I discovered I could wear them just fine. Now, if I forget to put it on, it's really no big deal (the first day--lol).
Victoria, the first link that you listed isn't working. Would you mind letting me know the right link when you get a chance? I'd love to see what you referenced! Also, the Veridas company look amazing! I want to order the rose oil for face, essential oil deodorant & wart treatment for my son who just had 2 warts show up. Thanks!

Hi Hopeful. I clicked on that link to the Best Deodorant and it worked fine for me. I'm not sure what the problem was for you.
I'll try it again:
If you can't get it to work, try going to http://www.benedetta.com and accessing it that way. Or just type in the address into your own search instead of clicking on it.
Also, check out some of their other products. I also use their Sacred Soap. For some reason, their site is not showing ingredient lists at this time and I just contacted them about this to see what is the issue. Their products are always extremely pure and natural.

I don't know if this works but would be inexpensive to try if you know someone who regularly eats bananas they would probably be happy to donate the peels.
