How does PH factor into this, I remember something about how even "healthy" hunter types run slightly lower (more acidic) PH?

I guess my question is...... is there a number to shoot for where the Hunter is concerned?
Is it even something to be concerned with at all?

??)

I think this is all taken into account by following the portion sizes and frequency recommendations utilizing a mix of foods from each group...

Many people get lost thinking they need to worry about calories, Ph, etc...  but Dr. D. has factored so much into the recommendations that we have to do so little really...
