Forgive me if there is already a link about this, but I don't have time to search 56 pages...

I've been taking Fish Oil and Flax Seed Oil supplements, alternating them (Flax on Sun, Tue, Thr, & Sat, fish on Mon, Wed, & Fri.)

I've also started to up my fish intake, having already significantly increased my beef and lamb intake.

Would it be better to take only Fish oil supplements, or continue on my current schedule?  I currently take them after breakfast.

Thanks for any suggestions.   :)

There is just something magical about flax oil to me......If I had to give up oils, I would miss flax the most.

I take between 3 and 6 spoons daily...sometimes even more... :D
