This may have been discussed before, but I am unclear after a brief perusal of the store if Dr. D. has an enzyme formula for Type A's. Is there a product for Type A's, and if not, what would be a good substitute?

Bitters are mentioned in Eat Right-- might want to get some and consume a half hour before meals.

Bitters are a good choice; they stimulate the body to produce more stomach acid which obviously supports digestion. Supplementing with digestive enzymes is actually not recommended; long-term use will result in your body 'producing' less of those enzymes. You might then become dependent on the supplementation.

Dr. D. mentions his folks always drink their wine 1/2 before meals.  Wine is good for digestion, right?

Also,  in GT I believe under Teacher he reccomends hydrochloric acid.  I have used successfully for several years Standard Process' Zypan (hydrochloric acid).  My body needs 2 per day according to muscle testing.  But there is a suggested dosage on the label.

Sometimes what is supposed to help digestion, can cause extreme irritation if other issues have not been dealt with successfully. Corn was a huge irritant to my stomach. If I took bromelain, tasted wine or took any bitters, etc., it was like fire in my stomach. Now, I can eat pineapple and take bromelain with no problems whatsoever. In fact, they make my stomach feel wonderful! Leaving off all forms of corn was the magic answer!
