I love grapefruit.. I am allowed two small fruits total.. should I drink the juice for its Vit C? or eat the whole thing for IT'S bitter tasting white skin part I love also?

are there other foods that create the same curiosity?  like artichoke spaghetti?.. flour is better than the whole food?  what is the flour made of.. that little bit on the leafy bottom?  seems not possible..

tomato better well cooked? / steamed lightly? / rather than raw?  

butter as Ghee because of the white stuff floating?

hot cocoa, better keep the suds in the glass or eat it?

meat raw or cooked?

I believe artichoke flour is actually made of Jerusalem Artichokes.
These are root veggies.

Shredded, dehydrated and ground into flour, like sweet-potato flour.

Artichoke flour is done by grinding artichoke hearts into flour once cooked
and dehydrated

Ghee is definitely better than butter - your tastebuds will tell you that.
