Can we assume they are Neutrals, also?  Or should we absolutely NOT include them? ??)

Assume they are neutral unless you know you are allergic to them or they give you some negative reaction. Upset stomach, etc.

Assume neutral.

Don't go too far out of your way though. If 1% milk is listed then 1/2% or 2% should not be considered neutral for not being listed. Use good sense.

Eno, tell us which foods you believe are not listed

take a look at this sample public swami report, which has all including neutrals, unlike the book

use common sense, when comparing what is available, and what you consider should be included, yet belongs to a specific species, already listed

also there is a thread where you can list foods not appearing in swami express.......

Thanks, All.

My main reason for asking this question is because I've just begun Doctor's reccomended "60 day wash-out" period.  Since I'm avoiding completely all of my SWAMI's Avoids and Restricteds, I was just wondering why only some Neutrals are listed instead of all.

Lola's advise is well taken.  I shall go back to the list and compare it to the list in GT book.

I just don't want to skrew up this 60 day wash-out period.  But, on the other hand, I want all the food choices I can have so as to minimize my chances of cheating.  Anybody else have that problem?   ::)

I am not sure what is meant here.

In the GenoType book, no neutrals are listed.

On the SWAMI diet report, all foods that rated as neutral are included in the report.

Unrated foods are not included in SWAMI reports.

The wallet cards in the report list no neutrals because of space limitations.

You are correct C_Sharp.  There are no neutrals in GT.  I forgot that, but years ago when I first started on the GT diet I listed all of the "unlisted" foods in each section and I just visualize the lists.

I think you need to use a little common sense.

Many of the "unlisted" foods are very similar to foods that are on the list- in those cases, use the rating for the similar food.  For example, I consider all hot peppers to fall under the rating with jalepenos, even "never before heard of" varieties I've found at the farmer's market.

I can't imagine how you'd feel deprived eating only from the listed neutrals, beneficials, and diamond foods. There are so many foods to choose from!  Is there something specific that's readily available in your area that's not listed?

Take a closer look at the SWAMI food list and see if you can come up with any foods that aren't listed somewhere that you REALLY want to include in your diet. It's probably not as many foods as you think. If you list the foods in question, we can help you make educated decisions about each one.

Paul, I just went back (with Serenity's help and direction) and allowed the computer to determine my GenoType so that I could know what percentage of a WARRIOR I was, and, WHAT DO YOU KNOW, it's calling me a 43% TEACHER!   :o  

I'm glad we got that settled but, now, I begin AGAIN today to start on my 60 day wash-out period. It's a good thing, right?

It's a good thing!  ;)  This is a process and lifestyle - not a quick goal that we reach and the journey is all wrapped up.  Most of us have gone through some degree of measuring and re-measuring.

Knowledge is power.  YAY!

ABJoe, I have made peace with my new diet plan.  And, after only one day of avoiding all the the new avoids, my arthritic finger has a little less pain it it!  YEH!  I'm hopeful it will continue to improve.
