k.....artichoke leaf extract 600 mcg
      milk thistle seed 300 mcg
capsule: gelatin (a really small size avoid)
      cellulose
      magnesium stearate

"nature's way" brand claims "take 2 caps 2 times a day"
"Consult your doctor first if you have gallstones or bile duct obstructions"
"Not for pregnant or lactating women"

Will drinking yogurt help you soothe the burning?  hope it does not last long ... wonder why were you having those supps?  Or maybe some runny oat porridge ... I am thinking on what I will do or use as a soothing thing .... look at your bene list and do not use avoids ... get well soon ...

Hey everybody that day I happened to throw up all the stomach acid and so that is past.

The thing is this was artichoke extract. I really have no problem with artichokes themselves; I merely bought this as a digestive aid for those days I might have noticed I was not digesting things well from stress. I suppose I should just either not eat under stress, or stick with a tablespoon of raw pineapple. ((((((thanks for the well wishes)))))
