I understand the Geoharmonic Foods, but is the intention that they are consumed in the same meal/same day? Same dish? Some of them do not go together (blackberry juice and onions, lol) so I am assuming this means in a single meal you're eating and digesting these two items together to get the maximum benefit. Is that right?

I read through SWAMI and the Genotype book and could not find this answer.

I'm glad you asked this question because I have been wondering the same thing.

I wondered, but I do believe that is correct.

If you where and O I'd say marinade your meat with the two.

I vaguely remember someone saying they drank their juice, with the matching food.

This may help to answer your question. It's a good read in any event.

Yes - the Genoharmonic foods should be eaten at the same meal, though they don't need to be in the same bite  :X The components need to be digested together  :)

sautee onion (red onion for me), sprinkle a bit of the juice over the top and serve over bread, cheese, rice, or other fav food ... YUM! it has like a caramelized effect ...
