Celeriac? ??) Okay for Type A Teacher Genotype? :-/
I am putting it in the crockpot overnight with some carrots, onions and Lamb. :) Hoping if it's not an absolute avoid, at least the flavor would be good. ::)
Others are eating over so it will need to be eaten anyway. Have some Blood Type 0 people eating as well. ;)
