Great article I think it also really applies to me.....very helpful.
I wonder if this is more of ten a type A Blood problem.
Some good advice on taking fish oil etc.

I think this is the reason for some of the dry skin, peeling fingertip issues I am having.  Been very good with no gluten, but not sure that my gut is healed yet.  Am taking deflect and intrinsa now for a few weeks and plan to keep it up.

I'm heading for a liver/gallbladder flush soon. Also focusing on replenishing enzymes and getting my urine and saliva ph to 6.4. 8)
Enjoying avacados and a lipase oriented enzyme blend from enzymedica. Also using some udi's oil on occasion and not heating any of my oils.
