I like the versatility of this supplement.. I think it serves as a sugar, or a flavor and fits all kinds of foods..
btetter then mixed in a drink where much of it klings to the glass..
you can listen to the talk -- go to the end -- he talks about Trehalose.

The reasons I take Trehalose in a glass of juice are:
1) I get the benefit of combining the Trehalose complex with grapefruit juice. the grapefruit juice contains spermidine which help the Trehalose be more effective.
2) I can measure the "dose" more accurately, so I know how much I'm taking.
I get around leaving it in the glass by rinsing the glass out with water and drinking it after the juice...

I scoop out a half a grapefruit and measure out the "dose" to sprinkle on top :)

Awesome talk...honestly, I could listen to Dr D for hours. I am in conventional medicine (not a clinician) and study a lot of varied science/medicine and nothing he talks about is beyond my understanding. Much of it connects with other articles I have read from random science studies. Putting all of that information together in this context creates some tremendous "aha!" moments.
Thanks Dr D... I'm on day three of my Trehalose... :)
