Swami - does 1-3oz 4x a day = 4-12oz / 7days?

Can I eat up to 2oz of a serving a day? or do i have to eat 1-3oz only 4 days a week?
I take my weekly values and calculate how much of one thing that I like to eat daily I can eat, then divide by 7. So I guess the long answer is: yes, that's what I do! ;)

Yes, 4 to 12 oz. each day for the week.

To get the math to work I presumed this is what was meant:

does 1-3oz Portion Size with 4 servings weekly. = 4-12oz / 7days

(4x a day actually being 4x a week)

For me specifically, Dairy. I am allowed 1-3oz of cheese 4 times a week. Since I'm eating salads each day, I'd love to have 1oz of feta on my salad each day (plus other items that would equate a total of 12oz a week).

You can have a certain size serving, and a certain number of servings per week. It's OK to have "two servings at once" and have it less often, and it's also OK to have "half a serving at a time" and have the food item more frequently.

So you could have an ounce of cheese on your salads 14 times a week, or you could have cheese as your protein for a meal once or twice a week and skip the cheese on salads some or all of the time.

I get two servings of grains per day. I eat them both at dinnertime.

Making this real life is an adventure!
Just an update. I've lost 10lbs. I'm eating more than what Swami suggests but when I'm hungry... I figure my body is telling me something! Looking forward to continued health and weight loss.
